Water Agencies (Infringements) Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Water Agencies (Infringements)
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Water Agencies
(Infringements) Regulations 1994*.

3.             Regulation 5 amended

(1) Regulation 5(1) is amended as follows:

(a)	after paragraph (h) by deleting “or”;
(b)

after paragraph (i) by deleting the full stop and “

; or

(j) Manager, Metering Services.

”.

(2)	Regulation 5(3) is amended by deleting “Collections.” and inserting instead —
“ Receivables and Business Support. ”.

4.             Schedule amended

(1) The Schedule Form 1 is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting “Surname (Block letters)” and inserting instead —

“ Surname** (Block letters) ”;

(b) by inserting before the line commencing “You may dispose” —

“

** For a body corporate, set out the body’s name and (if
known) ACN, ABN or other registration number

”;

(c) by deleting paragraph (a) and inserting the following paragraph instead —

“

(a) by payment of the modified penalty of …… within 21 days of the date of this notice;

”;

(d) at the end of the form by inserting —

“

If you are convicted you will be liable to a maximum

penalty of $500.

”.

(2) The Schedule Form 2 is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting “Surname (Block letters)” and inserting instead —

“ Surname** (Block letters) ”;

(b) by deleting “of $100 is” and inserting instead —

“ of …… is ”;

(c) by deleting all of the form from and including “*Regional Manager” and inserting instead —

“

* Regional Manager, .............................Region
* Manager, ........................................................

*	Delete that which is not applicable
