Water Agencies (Infringements) Amendment

Regulations 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Water Agencies

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Water Agencies (Water Restrictions) Amendment By-laws 1999 come into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Water Agencies
(Infringements) Regulations 1994* .

4.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4 is amended by deleting "$40" and inserting instead —

" $100 "

5.            Schedule amended

(1)	The Schedule is amended in Form 1 by deleting "$40" and inserting instead —
" $100 ".
(2)	The Schedule is amended in Form 2 by deleting "$40- and
inserting instead — " $100 ".
