Water Agencies (Entry Warrant) Regulations 1985
These regulations may be cited as the
[Regulation 1 amended: Gazette 29 Dec 1995 p. 6300.]
A warrant for the purposes of section 72(6) of the Act shall be in the form of Form 1 in the Schedule.

*(f) a notice cannot be served under the
