WATER AGENCIES (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (No. 7) 1996

Made by the Minister under section 34 (1) of the Act.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment

By-laws (No. 7) 1996.

Schedule 4 amended

2.     Schedule 4, Part 2, Item 4 (a) GO of the Water Agencies (Charges)

By-laws 1987* is	amended by deleting "$738.70/" and substituting the
following — " $659.60/ ".
