Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment By-laws

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges)
Amendment By-laws (No. 4) 2001.

2.            The by-laws amended

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Water Agencies
(Charges) By-laws 1987*.

3.            By-law 17D amended

By-law 1 7D(4) is repealed and the following sub-bylaw is inserted instead -

(4) For the purpose of determining quantity charges in the current year, the towns/areas and the respective classes to which they are allocated are set out in Schedule 10.

4.            Schedule 3 amended

(1) Schedule 3 item 6(b) is deleted and the following paragraph is
inserted instead -

b) a medium permit .........................$150.00

(2) Schedule 3 item 7(a) is deleted and the following paragraph is
inserted instead -

(a) a medium permit .............................. $150.00

(3)	Schedule 3 item 21(a) is amended by deleting "item 17" and inserting instead -
" item 14 ".
