Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984

Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment By-laws

(No. 4) 1999

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

1.             Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges)
Amendment By-laws (No. 4) 1999.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation on 1 July 1999 immediately
after the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment By-laws
(No. 2) 1999 have come into operation.

3.             Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 to the Water Agencies (Charges) By-laws 1987* is amended in item 1 of Part 2 by deleting “0.709 cents/$ of GRV” and inserting instead —

“ 0.660 cents/$ of GRV ”.
