Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment
By-laws (No. 4) 1998
Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.
1. Citation
These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges)
Amendment By-laws (No. 4) 1998.
2. Commencement
These by-laws come into operation immediately after the
commencement of the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment
By-laws (No. 2) 1998.
3. The by-laws amended
The amendments in these by-laws are to the Water Agencies
(Charges) By-laws 1987*.

4. Schedule 2 amended
Schedule 2 is amended in the Table to item 3 of Part 2 by
deleting the line commencing “Mandurah (1/7/98 Values)” and
inserting instead —
“
Mandurah (1/7/98 Values) 7.322 4.739 ”.
