WATER AGENCIES (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (No. 4) 1997

Made by the Minister under section 34 (1) of the Act.
Citation

1.      These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment

Schedule 1 amended

2.      Schedule 1, Division 1 to the Water Agencies (Charges) By-laws 1987* is

amended by deleting Part 5 and substituting the following Part —
