WATER AGENCIES (POWERS) ACT 1984

WATER AGENCIES (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (No. 4) 1996

Made by the Minister under section 34 (1) of the Act.

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment

3490 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [19 July 1996

Schedule 8 amended

2. Schedule 9 to the Water Agencies (Charges) By-laws 1987* is

amended —

(a) in Class 1 by inserting after "Grass Valley," the following —

" Gravity Main, ";

(b) in Class 3 by deleting "Gravity Main,"; and

(c) in Class 5 by deleting "Bindi," and substituting the following —

" Bindi Bindi, ".
