Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment

By-laws (No. 3) 1998

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

1. Citation

(1)	Schedule 1 is amended in item 1 of Part 3 of Division 1 by deleting "150" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead —
" 165 ".

These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges)
Amendment By-laws (No. 3) 1998.

2.     The by-laws amended

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Water Agencies
(Charges) By-laws 1987*.

(2)	Schedule 1 is amended in item 2 of Part 3 of Division 1 by deleting "150" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead -

(3)	Schedule 1 is amended in item 3 of Part 3 of Division 1 by deleting "150" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead -

165 ".

(4) Schedule 1 is amended in item 5(c) of Part 3 of Division 1 as
follows—

(a) by deleting "150" in both places where it occurs and inserting

instead -

66 165 ";

(b) by deleting "750" in both places where it occurs and inserting

instead -

66 765 ".

(5) Schedule 1 is amended in item 8(i) of Part 3 of Division 1 as
follows—

(a)	by deleting "150" in both places where it occurs and inserting
instead - " 165 ";
(b)	by deleting "450" in both places where it occurs and inserting
instead - " 465 ".

4. Schedule 2 amended

(1)	Schedule 2 is amended in item 3A of Part 1 by inserting after
"respect of' - " land ".
(2)	Schedule 2 is amended in item 4 of Part 4 in the definition of
"A" by inserting after "relevant number of'- f'-
66 major

(3)	Schedule 2 is amended in item 1 of Part 5 in the definition of
"X" by deleting "paragraph." and inserting instead -
66 item.
