Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment

By-laws (No. 3) 1996.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Water Agencies (Charges) By-laws 1987* is amended in the Table to item 3 of Part 2 by inserting after the entry "Dampier" the following entry —
