Made by the Minister under section 34(1).

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment
By-laws (NO. 2) 2004.

2.            The by-laws amended

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Water Agencies
(Charges) By-laws 1987*.

3.            Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 Division 2 is amended in the Table to clause 10 as follows:

(a) after the item commencing "Collie" by inserting the following item
