1.            Citation

JUDY EDWARDS, Minister for the Environment and Heritage.

These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges)
Amendment By-laws (No. 2) 2002.

2.            Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 item 26 to the Water Agencies (Charges)
By-laws 1987* is amended by deleting "(minimum of 2 hours)".
