Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment

By-laws 2002

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges)
Amendment By-laws 2002.

2.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 item 31 to the Water Agencies (Charges)
By-laws 1987* is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting "in excess of 600 kL";

(b) by deleting "large metered".

3.           Saving

Where a hydrant standpipe in the metropolitan area was issued by the Corporation before the commencement of these by-laws, the charge under Schedule 1 item 31 to the Water Agencies

(Charges) By-laws 1987 in respect of the standpipe is to be
assessed as if these by-laws had not come into operation.
