WATER AGENCIES (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1996

Made by the Minister under section 34 (1) of the Act.

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies (Charges) Amendment

By-laws 1996.

Commencement

2. These by-laws come into operation on the day on which the Harvey, Waroona and Collie River Irrigation Districts Amendment By-laws 1996 come into operation.

Schedule 4 amended

3. Schedule 4 to the Water Agencies (Charges) By-laws 1987* is amended in

item 1 (c) of Part 3 by inserting after "district allocation" the following —

(excluding water to which by-law 6B (3) of the Harvey, Waroona

and Collie River Irrigation Districts By-laws 1975 applies)
