Water Agencies Amendment By-laws 2007

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.             Citation

These by-laws are the Water Agencies Amendment By-laws 2007.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows:

(a) by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the by-laws — on 1 July 2007.

3.             Application

Nothing in these by-laws affects the application after 1 July 2007 of a by-law
in force before that day insofar as that by-law relates to a fee or charge for a
period commencing before that day or to a fee or charge for any matter or
thing done before that day.

Part 2 — Carnarvon Irrigation District By-laws amended

4.             The by-laws amended

The amendments in this Part are to the Carnarvon Irrigation District By laws*.
