Water Agencies Amendment By-laws 2004
Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.
Part 1 — Preliminary
1. Citation By-laws 2004.
2. Commencement
These by-laws come into operation on 1 July 2004.3. Application of a by-law in force before that day in so far as that by-law relates to a fee or charge for a period commencing before that day or to a fee or charge for any matter or thing done before that day.
Part 2 — Country Areas Water Supply
By-laws 1957 amended
