These by-laws may be cited as the Water Agencies Amendment
By-laws 2002.

The amendments in this Part are to the Country Areas Water
Supply By-laws 1957*.

3.             By-law 97 repealed

By-law 97 is repealed and the following by-law is inserted instead —

97.           Reduction or restoration of water supply, fee for (s. 33(3)(a)(i))

The amounts specified in item 3 of Schedule 2 are the
minimum fees prescribed for the purposes of
section 33(3)(a)(i) of the principal Act in respect
of the —
(a) turning or cutting off;
(b) reduction or restoration,

of a water supply.

9.             By-law 24 amended

By-law 24 is amended by repealing sub-bylaw (2) and inserting the following sub-bylaw instead —

(2) A person who hires a standpipe from the Corporation
for attachment to a fire hydrant shall pay a fee
calculated in accordance with the fees set out in
item 3(b) and (c) of Schedule 6.
