Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.
Part 1— Preliminary
1. Citation By-laws 1998.
2. Commencement
These by-laws come into operation on 1 July 1998.3. Application
Nothing in these by-laws affects the application after 1 July
1998 of a by-law in force before that day in so far as that by-law
relates to a fee or charge for a period commencing before that
day or to a fee or charge for any matter or thing done before that
day.
Part 2—Country Areas Water Supply By-laws 1957
