WATER AGENCIES (AMENDMENT AND REPEAL) BY-LAWS 1995
Made by the Minister under section 34 (1) of the Act.
PART 1 - PRELIMINARY
Citation
1. Thcsc by-laws may be cited as thc Water Agencies (Amendment and Repeal)
By-laws 1995.
Commencement
2. These by-laws come into operation on the day on which Part 2 of the Water Agencies Restructure (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 1995 comes into operation, that is, on the day fixed by proclamation made under section 2 (2) of that Act.
PART 2 - CARNARVON IRRIGATION DISTRICT BY-LAWS
