WATER ACT 1912—REGULATION

(Relating to law revision)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Water Act 1912, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1st September, 1992.

Amendment

2. The Water (Part 7) Regulation 1991 is amended by omitting

clause 5.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to omit from the Water (Part 7) Regulation 1991 a provision prescribing a rate of interest on unpaid rates and charges under Part 7 of the Water Act 1912. The provision is being incorporated, unchanged in respect of the rate of interest it prescribes, in a separate regulation under that Act.
