Water Act 1912 No 44—Proclamation New South Wales

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 187 of the Water Act 1912, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act by inserting at the end of that Schedule the corporate name “Macquarie Generation”.

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to specify Macquarie Generation as a water management authority for the purposes of Part 9 of the Water Act 1912. This will enable Macquarie Generation to obtain a water management licence under the provisions of that Part.

This proclamation is made under section 187 of the Act.
