Water Act 1912 No 44—Proclamation New South Wales

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 187 (2) of the Water Act 1912, do, by this my Proclamation, add the corporate name of “Delta Electricity” to Schedule 3 to that Act.

Explanatory note

Schedule 3 to the Water Act 1912 contains the names of water management authorities for the purposes of Part 9 of that Act. That Part deals with the licensing of water management authorities. The object of this proclamation is to add Delta Electricity to Schedule 3 to the Water Act 1912.
