Waste Reduction and Recycling Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Waste Reduction and Recycling Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Waste Reduction and Recycling Regulation 2011. 4 Omission of ss 7–10 Sections 7 to 10— omit . 5 Omission of pt 3, divs 1 and 2 Part 3, divisions 1 and 2— omit . 6 Amendment of s 15 (Rate of waste levy for types of waste—Act, s 38) Section 15(1) to (4)— omit , insert — ‘The rate of waste levy for each type of waste delivered to a levyable waste disposal site or disposed of to landfill at a levyable waste disposal site, on or after 1 July 2012, is nil.’. 7 Omission of pt 3, div 5 (Calculating waste levy) Part 3, division 5— omit.
