WASTE MINIMISATION ANDF MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1998 - PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuance of section 2 of the Waste Minimisation and Management Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 January 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.
