WASTE MINIMISATION AND MANAGEMENT ACT 1995—

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 13 of the Waste Minimisation and Management Act 1995, make the Order set out hereunder.

Name of Order

1. This Order is the Waste Minimisation and Management (Waste

Boards) Order 1996.

Amendment of Schedule 3 (Names of Waste Boards) to Act

2. Schedule 3 to the Waste Minimisation and Management Act 1995 is

amended by inserting the following matter under the headings Name of

Waste Board and Waste management region, respectively:

Southern Sydney Waste Planning and Southern Sydney Waste Management
Management Board Region
Western Sydney Waste Planning and Western Sydney Waste Management
Management Board Region
Northern Sydney Waste Planning and Northern Sydney Waste Management
Management Board Region
