An Act to amend The Waste Lands Unlawful Occupa-

tion Act, 1872: [Assented to 3rd July, 1878.

HEREAS it is expedient to amend The Waste Lands Unlawful Preamble.

Unauthorised Occupation of Crown Lands—Amendment

Amendment of 1. Section 1 of the said Act shall be, and the same is hereby
