An Act to amend the Waste La~ ids Anaendmmt Act, 1868-9.

[Assented to, 9th February, 1870.1

W HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Waste Lands Preamble,

Amendment Act, 1868-9"-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
