An Act to amend the Waste La~ ids Anaendmmt Act, 1868-9.[Assented to, 9th February, 1870.1
W | Amendment Act, 1868-9"-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows: |

And the following words shall also be added to such condition-

4. -This Act shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by the Governor by proclamation in the | |

5. This Act and | The Waste Lands Amendment Act, 1868-9," |
(save in RO far as the same is altered by this Act,or is inconsistenttherewith) shall be read together and be construed as one Act.
