This Plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 1, DP 346265, being part of 1054 Pittwater Road, Collaroy, comprising the western portion of the Collaroy Beach Reserve car park.
