1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 26).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to—

(a)	certain land on King Street, Manly Vale, being part of Lot 7370, DP 1165551, and
(b)	certain land on Wandella Road, Allambie Heights, being part of Lot 7369, DP 1165551, and
(c)	certain land on Bate Avenue, Allambie Heights, being Lot 7371, DP 1165577, and
(d)	part of the unmade road at the southern end of Wandella Road, Allambie Heights connecting to King Street, Manly Vale.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Warringah Local Environment Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
