1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 26).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to—
| (a) | certain land on King Street, Manly Vale, being part of Lot 7370, DP 1165551, and |
| (b) | certain land on Wandella Road, Allambie Heights, being part of Lot 7369, DP 1165551, and |
| (c) | certain land on Bate Avenue, Allambie Heights, being Lot 7371, DP 1165577, and |
| (d) | part of the unmade road at the southern end of Wandella Road, Allambie Heights connecting to King Street, Manly Vale. |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Warringah Local Environment Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
