1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land around Dawes and Perentie Roads, Belrose, being:

(a)	SP 34380, SP 36103, SP 58895 and SP 60916, and
(b)	SP 32095, SP 32915, SP 69773, SP 74135, SP 78470 and SP 84163, and
(c)	Lot 2, DP 522842, and
(d)	Lots 14–19 and 21–23, DP 20287, and
(e)	Lot 13, DP 710415, and
(f)	Lots 10, 11 and 14–19, DP 737253, and
(g)	part of Dawes and Perentie Roads.

4      Maps

Each map adopted by Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
