1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 17).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Forestville:

(a)	Lot 7084, DP 93831, 8 Darley Street,
(b)	Lot 15, DP 401139, Darley Street,
(c)	The Centre road reserve between Darley and Starkey Streets,
(d)	Lot X, DP 26598, 57 The Centre,
(e)	Lot Y, DP 26598, 10 Starkey Street,
(f)	Lot 18, DP 30880, The Centre.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
