1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	6 Collaroy Street, Collaroy, being Lot 36, DP 11374,
(b)	9 and 11 Lagoon Street, Narrabeen, being Lot 1, DP 1117584 and Lot 5, Section 38, DP 111254,
(c)	land at McIntosh Road, Narraweena, being Lot 1, DP 35105.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
