Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Land

Reclassifications)—(Amendment No 1)

1 Name of plan

This plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Land

Reclassifications)—(Amendment No 1).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to reclassify public land from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3 Land to which plan applies

(1)

This plan applies to land as listed in Schedule 1.

(2)

This plan does not apply to the land shown edged heavy black and marked “Deferred matter” on Sheet 3 of the map marked “Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Land Reclassifications)”, being deferred matter within the meaning of section 68 (5) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The land forms part of Plateau Park, Aubreen Street, Collaroy Plateau, being Lot 5 and part of Lot 3, DP 858065.

Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Land Reclassifications) is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
