1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Classification and Reclassification of Public Land)—(Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 2, DP 873792, Bangaroo Street, North Balgowlah, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 17 of the map marked “Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Classification and Reclassification of Public Land)” deposited in the office of Warringah Council.

4 Amendment of Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Classification and Reclassification of Public Land)

Schedule 1 Classification and reclassification of public land as operational land

Insert after the entry for Bangaroo Street under the heading “North Balgowlah”, in Part 2 of the Schedule, in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
