1 Name of plan

This plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 4).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to include certain land in Locality F2 Brookvale Service Centre under Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000, and

(b)

to make minor miscellaneous amendments to that plan concerning subdivision, exempt development, complying development and other development controls.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to all land within the local government area of

Warringah.

4 Amendment of Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000

Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
