No 16)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 16).

2      Aim of plan

The aim of this plan is:

(a)

to remove the public open space identification from certain land to which Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 applies, and identify it differently, and

(b)

to identify certain other land to which that plan applies as public open space.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to those parts of the lands known as the following that are shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 16) Sheet 1–32” deposited in the office of Warringah Council:
