1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Warren Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Warren:

(a)	Bundemar Road, being Lots 2 and 4, DP 1061015 and Lot 68, DP 752595,
(b)	Mabel Street, being part of Lot 3, DP 1104089,
(c)	Oxley Highway, being Lot 1, DP 1163604 and Lot 82, DP 752595 (Sewage Treatment Plant).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Warren Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
