AN ACT to authorise the Discontinuance of the Waroona-

Lake Clifton Railway.

[Assented to 31st December, 1924.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Waroona-Lalce Clifton Railway Act, 1924.

continue the use of

2. (1.) The railway from Waroona to Lake Clifton

the railway. shall, on the con nencement of this Act, cease to be a

Government railway, and the material thereof may be removed and used in the construction of any other author- ised railway.

(2) The cost of the said railway from Waroona to Lake Clifton as charged to the Government Railways Capital Account may be omitted from the accounts prepared under Part 4 of the Government Railways Act, 1904.
