An Act to continue for a further limited t ime the Act of Council regulat ing the Exportat ion of Gunpowder and Warl ike Stores. [22nd August, 1855.]

WH E R E A S t h e A c t of Counci l passed in t he n i n t h year of H e r Majesty 's

it is expedient to cont inue for a fur ther l imited t ime

r e ign n u m b e r six r egu la t ing t he expor ta t ion of Gunpowder and o ther
W a r l i k e Stores subject to t h e res t r ic t ion thereof to such Gunpowder

and W a r l i k e Stores a n d such vessels as may be shipped and cleared out for N e w Zealand as provided by the Ac t of Counci l n u m b e r twen ty of t h e seventeen th year of H e r Majesty 's re ign Be i t therefore enacted by H i s Exce l lency the Governor of N e w South Wales by and wi th t he advice of t he Legis la t ive Counci l thereof as follows :—

1. The said Ac t shal l be and is hereby cont inued from t h e
thir ty-first day of December now nex t to which i t now s tands con­

t inued to t h e thir ty-f i rs t day of December which will be in t h e year

one thousand eight h u n d r e d and fifty-seven Provided never theless

t h a t t h e provisions thereof shal l ex t end and apply only to such G u n ­ powder or W a r l i k e Stores and to such vessels as m a y be shipped or cleared out for t h e Colony of N e w Zealand.
