An Act to repeal the Warkworth Flood Mitigation and Water Conservation Act, 1950, and a certain other enactment. [Assented to, 26th March, 1980.]

Warkworth Flood Mitigation and Water Conservation {Repeal).

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.          This Act may be cited as the “Warkworth Flood Mitigation Short

and Water Conservation (Repeal) Act, 1980”.

2.          The Warkworth Flood Mitigation and Water Conservation Repeal of

Act, 1950, is repealed. ^̂ 1̂950

3.          The Public Works and Other Acts (Interest Rates) Amendment

Amendment Act, 1976, is amended by omitting so much ofgg^gy^®’

Schedule 1 to that Act as relates to Act No. 6, 1950. sch. l.
