AN ACT to amend the Warehousemen's Liens

Act, 1952.

[Assented to 22nd September, 1954.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Warehouse- able

men's Liens Act Amendment Act, 1954.

(2) In this Act the Warehousemen's Liens Act, 1952, Act No. 26 of 1952, is referred to as the prin- cipal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Warehousemen's Liens Act, 1952-1954.

2. Subsection (8) of section seven of the principal Liencted.

Act is amended

(a)

by substituting for the word, "arear" in line two the word, "arrear";

(b)

by substituting for the word, "twelve" in line three the word, "six".
