REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903 1915AND THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914–1916.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal ExecutiveCouncil, hereby make the following Regulation, under the Defence Act 1903–1916 and the War Precautions Act 1914–1916, to come into operation forthwith.

Dated this sixth day of December 1916.

Repeal of War Service Regulations 1916.

The War Service Regulations (Statutory Rules 1916, Nos. 240, 263, 269, 285, and 296) are hereby repealed.
