War Service Land Settlement Scheme

Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the War Service Land
Settlement Scheme Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the War Service
Land Settlement Scheme Act Regulations 1954*.

3. Regulation 1 amended
Regulation 1 is amended by deleting “Act”.

4.             Third Schedule amended

The Third Schedule is amended by deleting “feet” and inserting instead —

“ metres ”.
