AN ACT to amend section six of the War Service

Land Settlement Scheme Act, 1954-1972.

[Assented to 27th September, 1974.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the War Service Land Settlement Scheme Act Amendment Act, 1974.	and
Short title
citation.
(2) In this Act the War Service Land Settlement Scheme Act, 1954-1972, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the War Service Land Settlement Scheme Act, 1954-1974.

Section 6

amended. 2. Section 6 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (4) thereof, a new subsection as follows

(4a) The Minister may delegate all or any of his powers and functions under this section and the regulations made thereunder, other than this power of delegation, to

(a)	the Commissioners of The Rural and Industries Bank of Western Australia; or
(b)	with the approval of those Commis- sioners, to one of their number or an officer of that Bank specified in the instrument of delegation,

and may vary or revoke any such delegation. .
