WAR SERVICE LAND SETTLEMENT (NOTI-

FICATION OF TRANSACTIONS)

AN ACT to amend and to continue the operation of the War Service Land Settlement (Notifi- cation of Transactions) Act, 1949.

[Assented to 18th December, 1950.1

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1.	This Act may be cited as the War Service Land	Short title.

tinuance Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with
Act No. 48 of 1949, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    The principal Act, as amended by this Act, Citation

may be cited as the War Service Land Settlement 1::=:dXt

(Notification . of Transactions) Act, 1949-1950.

3.    Section nine of the principal Act is amended

by substituting the word "fifty-one" for the word

"fifty" in line three.
