REGULATIONS UNDER THE WAR SERVICE HOMES ACT 1918-1923.

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of War Service Homes (Staff) Regulations.
1. Regulation 3 of the
(
a ) by omitting the definitions of “Deputy Commissioner” and “Secretary” and inserting in their stead the following definitions:—“‘the Deputy Commissioner’ means a Deputy of the Commissioner doing duty in the matter in relation to which the expression is used and includes the Secretary. ‘the Secretary’ means the officer for the time being holding the position of Secretary to the Commissioner”; and
(
b ) by omitting the definition of “The Commissioner”.
