REGULATIONS
UNDER THE WAR SERVICE HOMES ACT 1918-1927.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the War Service Homes Act 1918-1927,
to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of War Service Homes Regulations.
(Statutory
Rules 1926, No. 171, as amended to date.)
1. Regulation 27 of the
War Service Homes Regulations is amended by omitting the words “on or before
the last day of the calendar month during which the final instalment to a
contractor is paid by the Commissioner” and inserting in their stead the words “in
such manner and at such time or times as the Commissioner in each case
determines.”
2. Regulation 52 of the War
Service Homes Regulations is amended by omitting the words “on the last day of
the calendar month during which the final instalment is paid by the
Commissioner” and inserting in their stead the words “in such manner and at
such time or times as the Commissioner in each case determines.”
