Act to amend paragraph (a) of
sub-section (1.) of section twelve of the War Service Homes Act 1918-1923.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the
Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as
follows:—
Short
title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the War Service Homes Act 1925.
(2.) The War
Service Homes Act 1918-1923, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the War
Service Homes Act 1918-1925.
Commencement
2.This Act
shall be deemed to have commenced on the twelfth day of August One thousand
nine hundred and twenty-five.
