AN ACT to amend the War Relief Funds Aet, 1926.

[Assented to 5th November, 1947.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the War Relief Funds Short title

Act Amendment Act, 1947, and shall be read as one with the War Relief Funds Act, 1926 (No. 54 of 1926), here- inafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. The principal Act as amended by this Act may Citation of prnmpal A i ct

be cited as the War Relief Funds Act; 1926-1947. as amended.

3.    Section three of the principal Act is amended by Amendment

deleting from subsection one the words "and another:1	°Prrseptl ML
on the nomination of the Ugly Men's Voluntary Work- ers' Association" in lines four, five and six of such subsection.
